Iran has been fulfilling all its obligations under the JCPOA for years, but the other parties have distanced themselves from fulfilling their obligations in various ways. The United States has committed a wide-ranging and complete breach, and the European troika has become inactive and indifferent to its obligations, as well as Iran's committed interests under the JCPOA.
