Pakistani police officials say a member of ISIL and the perpetrator of last week's suicide attack on worshipers at a mosque in Peshawar that killed 64 people is an Afghan exile and has received the necessary training in the country.
The attacker, an Afghan national, was about 30 years old and had moved to Pakistan with his family about 10 years ago, police said.
