In a message on his twitter account, Iranian Government Spokesman Ali Bahadori Jahromi said the US administration's refusal to allow the Iranian singer to enter US shows the country’s animosity.
“The US government, which has a clear record of breaching international treaties and human rights standards,” he wrote while pointing out the fact that US claims it was a goodwill.
He went on to add that the US claims he is doing goodwill but “it imposes new sanctions and prevents an Iranian singer from entering under false accusations.”
The recent act of refusal to allow the Iranian singer to enter the US was another example of the animosity towards Iran under any circumstances.
Recently, immigration officers from US refused to allow Iranian singer Alireza Ghorbani to enter the country and the reason was mentioned as Ghorbani has done his military service in the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).
