The Turkish presidency issued a statement about Erdogan's phone call with Zelenskyy, saying:
In this call, the latest developments in the Ukraine-Russia war were discussed. Erdogan stated that Turkey has made every effort to continue negotiations between Ukraine and Russia and is now ready to provide any necessary assistance, including mediation.

The statement said:
Erdogan stressed that he attaches special importance to the project of creating a safe passage for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products by sea.

Accordingly, he also stated:
Turkey is looking forward to joining the UN-sponsored Control Center, which is hosted by the center in Istanbul.

The Turkish presidency's office wrote in another statement about Erdogan-Putin contacts:
The contact focused on Turkish-Russian relations, as well as regional issues, especially the Ukraine-Russia war.

The statement said:
Erdogan stressed the need to take steps to minimize the negative effects of the war and to build trust by restoring the ground for peace between Russia and Ukraine as soon as possible.

The statement added:
Erdogan announced Turkey's readiness if the two sides agree in principle to meet between Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations in Istanbul and play a role in a possible monitoring mechanism.
