Iran is going to unveil a number of satellites, ready to be launched into space, in a ceremony on Wednesday to mark National Day of Space Technology.
Iran to unveil satellites WednesdayAUTsat built by Iranian researchers at Amir-Kabir Poly-Technique University would be unveiled on the same day and is ready to be launched.

50-kg Dousti (Friendship) satellite is another one built by researchers at Sharif Poly Technique University.

The satellite with  resolution above 30 meters is going to be launched into space by the end of the Iranian calendar year (which ends on March 20, 2016).

The 100-kg Zafar (victory) satellite built by researchers at the University of Science and Technology (IUST) is another one.

Tolo (rise) satellite is another satellite which has already been unveiled but it can be launched into space via Simorgh satellite carrier.

The satellite is equipped with a package of imaging, controlling mechanisms and solar cells and its main task is imaging and transmitting data to ground stations.
