Indonesia's Regional Representatives Council Speaker Mohammad Saleh reiterated that the world should be cleared of colonialism.
"We are against colonialism. We believe that the world should be cleared of colonialism and that is why we are against Israel,” he said on the second day of international conference on Palestine in Tehran on Wednesday.
"Policies of Indonesia are based on establishing peace. It does it utmost for obtaining political solutions to end armed conflicts,” he added.
"We are gathered here to honor efforts of Palestinian nation. The issue of Palestine has somehow faded away over last few years. Major powers want to make Palestine a victim however, Palestinians are resisting against Israel bravely.”
He also expressed Indonesian solidarity and support for Palestinian nation.
Tehran is hosting a two-day international conference on Palestine started on Tuesday with 80 delegations from around the world are in attendance.
